My aim is to provide a tailored service for your individual needs, playing styles and requirements, not just to restring racquets. I do my utmost to ensure each and every player has the perfect restring or customised frame to match their style of play. Over the years, it has given me great pleasure to know my restringing has been part of a players progression (and help them defeat their nemesis) I offer a fast, efficient and professional stringing and customisation service for Tennis, Squash, Badminton and Racketball. I aim to re-string you racquet(s) within 24 hours of receipt. For immediate restrings (1 hour turnaround) an additional fee of £5 per racquet is required (time permitting). I can also offer advice on which type of string is best for you. All stringing work is carried out on a well maintained, regularly serviced Babolat electronic constant pull stringing machine (the same machine used to string the greats on the ATP & WTA tour), this ensures that the right tension is kept throughout the string-bed.
How To Get A Lampwick Re-String
Option 1 : Drop Off
You are able to drop the racquet(s) off to me at Brockley, London ( view map ) Please call beforehand to arrange a time convenient for us both. Depending on my current workload I may be able to complete the re-string within a couple of hours but usual turnaround is 24hrs. Payment is due upon completion of the work. Please contact me if you wish to use this service (click to call) 075199 13475 or email: lampwick
Option 2 : Mail Order Stringing Service
Even though I prefer to get to know the players I string for, and their game, I understand that this is sometimes harder for some players.
It's as easy as: Fill out the Mail Order Request Form (below) with your requirements.
Package your racquet(s) carefully, as the same packaging will be used to return the racquet(s) to you (or purchase one of my purpose built shipping boxes within the mail order form)
Please enclose the form with your frame.
Option 3 : A mid work Rendezvous
As I live in and around the city of London, London's West End & Canary Wharf, it is sometimes possible to meet up before or after work.
(This works very well for some of my customers)
Option 4 : On the court Rendezvous
My personal favourite.
Arrange for a hit or match (depending on my tennis clubs availability or local tennis courts) discuss your requirements. Then arrange a re-match where I hand you your newly strung racquet(s) for you to test.
